IV Escrow needed to refresh their brand presence and tell a more credible story to lenders and borrowers. I led the 2014 redesign and build.

Overview
IV Escrow operates in a heavily regulated space. Their previous site was table-based, impossible to manage, and didn’t reflect the sophistication of their escrow services. They asked me to perform a soup-to-nuts redesign—brand direction, UX, and build.
Highlights
- Content strategy + UX – Partnered with leadership to rewrite service positioning, create lender/borrower specific journeys, and surface compliance materials in fewer clicks.
- Modern front end – Built a responsive layout on top of a lightweight Jekyll setup so their marketing lead could edit copy through Markdown and deploy via a single script.
- Performance + trust – Added structured data, SSL everywhere (still rare for marketing properties in 2014), and lightweight animations to match the polish of their printed collateral.
The relaunch reduced bounce rate by 35% within the first quarter and became the foundation for later campaigns without needing another rebuild.
